Ingredients for Idli Dhokla:
- 2 cup besan.
- 1/2 cup curd.
- 1 ts adrak mirch paste.
- 1 ts salt.
- 1 pinch haldi.
- 1 packet eno.
- 1 ts lemon juice.
- water as required.
- 1 ts oil.
- For tadka-.
- 1 ts oil.
- 1 ts mustard seeds.
- 3-4 hari mirch half slit.
- 1 lemon juice.
- 2 ts sugar.
- 1 glass water.
- 8-10 curry leaves.
- For garnishing-.
- some chopped coriander.
- 1 tbs grated coconut.
Step by step how to cook Idli Dhokla:
- First mix besan, curd, salt, haldi, adrak hari mirch paste in a bowl.Add water mix well. make a smooth paste..
- Then greese an idli stand.Heat idli cooker.Add water in it..
- Now add eno and lemon juice on it in batter. mix well..
- Put dhokla mix in idli mould.and put it in idli cooker..
- Now make tadka.In a tadka pan add oil, rai, hari mirch, curry leaves, add water.add sugar and lenon juice boil it..
- Now check dhokla, if cooked, take out and cool it..
- Put in a plate. add tadka on it.garnish with coriander and coconut. serve with chutney..
