- 16 Wheat biscuits.
- 4 tbsp melted butter.
- 1 cup Cream cheese.
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar.
- 500 g Whipping cream.
Step by step how to cook Mango Cheese Cake:
- First make mango purée by peeling and cutting mangoes. Put them on stove on a very low flame. Cook until mangoes are soft, now add in sugar and blend it with hand blender. Now set it aside to cool down..
- Crush the biscuits with the help of rolling pin and add butter in it. Now press these biscuits In a spring foam mould and keep it the fridge for 20 minutes..
- Now take cream cheese in a bowl and mix powdered sugar in it. Beat it little with the help of electric beater..
- Now in another bowl take whipping cream and beat it beater until soft peaks forms. Add in cream cheese mixture into the whipped cream and beat a little further..
- Take out half of the mixture and set aside. In other half add 1/2 cup of mango purée and beat more..
- Now start layering your dessert. Pour over the mango cheese cake over the pressed biscuits. Then the cream cheese mixture that you have taken out. Then 1/2 cup mango purée on top of it and decorate it the way you want. Wrap it with foil paper and put it in freezer for over night..
