- 100 gm melted Butter.
- 2 tbsp Sugar.
- Cheese Filling.
- 4 1/2 tsp Gelatin.
- 570 gm Mango puree.
- 1/4 cup water.
- 450 gm cream cheese.
- 150 gm castor sugar.
- 300 ml whipping cream.
- Mango Jelly.
- 130 gm Mango puree.
- 3/4 tsp gelatin powder.
- 2 tbsp water.
- 1 tbsp lemon juice.
- Topping.
- cubes Mango.
- 300 ml whipping cream.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1 tsp vanilla.
Step by step how to cook Mango Cheese Cake:
- In a food processor, add the biscuits and sugar and blend until turns into fine powder. Transfer to a bowl and add butter. Mix well. Transfer to a baking pan and press down firmly only to the bottom of the pan. Place it in the freezer until you prepare the filling..
- In a bowl add water and mix in gelatin. Set aside for 5 minutes then microwave for 15 seconds. In another large mixing bowl add in the cream cheese and sugar and mix using an electric beater..
