- 3 cups flour.
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 2 tablespoons sugar.
- Lukewarm water.
- For the filling.
- 1 kg Minced beef.
- 2 large onions, chopped.
- 1 teaspoon curry powder.
- 1 teaspoon crushed garlic and ginger.
- 1 teaspoon Portuguese spice.
- 2 tablespoons soya mince.
- a dash of Worcester Sauce.
- 1 of each Green and red peppers, cut into strips.
- 1 cup grated cheese, I used cheddar cheese slices.
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce or purée.
Step by step how to cook Minced Beef and Peppers Pizza:
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Put all the dry ingredients for the dough in a bowl and mix well. Pour in water, a little at a time and mix well. Keep kneading for about 10-15 minutes into a nice firm dough but mustn't be hard. Cover with a plastic bag and place in a warm place to rise..
