- 2 cup urad daal/ yellow moong dal 1 cup wheat flour.
- 1/2 cup suji 1 cup flour 1 spoon ajwain 1 spoon turmeric powder.
- Salt to taste 3 spoon oil 2 spoon ghee 1 spoon red chilli.
- 1 spoon jeera powder 1 spoon chat masala.
- 4 boiled potatoes 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp asafoetida 1tsp cumin seeds.
- 2-3 cloves (1/2 tbsp) turmeric powder 1 green chilli.
- Red chili powder to taste 3 tomatoes.
- 1 tbsp roasted gram flour 1/2 tbsp garam masala.
- 1/2 tbsp fenugreek leaves 1/2 tbsp coriander powder.
- 1/2 tbsp raw mango powder 8-10 black pepper.
