  1. 2 cup urad daal/ yellow moong dal 1 cup wheat flour.
  2. 1/2 cup suji 1 cup flour 1 spoon ajwain 1 spoon turmeric powder.
  3. Salt to taste 3 spoon oil 2 spoon ghee 1 spoon red chilli.
  4. 1 spoon jeera powder 1 spoon chat masala.
  5. 4 boiled potatoes 2 tbsp oil 1/2 tsp asafoetida 1tsp cumin seeds.
  6. 2-3 cloves (1/2 tbsp) turmeric powder 1 green chilli.
  7. Red chili powder to taste 3 tomatoes.
  8. 1 tbsp roasted gram flour 1/2 tbsp garam masala.
  9. 1/2 tbsp fenugreek leaves 1/2 tbsp coriander powder.
  10. 1/2 tbsp raw mango powder 8-10 black pepper.
