- 500 gr Beef shin.
- 1,5 Litre Beef/Chicken Stock.
- 1 Can Red bean kidney.
- Carrots as enough.
- 1 onion chopped finely.
- 4 garlic chopped finely.
- 2 stalks celery, chopped finely.
- 2 Tbsp oil for frying.
- 1 Tsp salt or as enough.
- 1/2 Tsp white pepper.
- 1/4 Tsp nutmeg.
- 1/4 sugar.
Step by step how to cook Red Bean and Beef soup:
- Clean the beef and cut it cubes, and fry to brown it. Once it brown both side pour the stock and let it cook until the beef tender.
- In the meantime, prepare the red bean from the can, wash it and set aside. Cut the carrots into chunks..
