Ingredients for Spinach Lasagne:

  1. Meat.
  2. 1 tablespoon olive oil.
  3. 1 onion chopped.
  4. 3 garlic cloves.
  5. 500 g mince.
  6. 1 carrot (shredded).
  7. 390 g (1 can) chopped tomatoes.
  8. 1 teaspoon salt.
  9. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  10. White sauce.
  11. 100 g butter.
  12. 3/4 cup flour.
  13. 5 cups milk.
  14. 1 teaspoon salt.
  15. 1 teaspoon black pepper.
  16. 100 g cheddar cheese (grated).

  18. 250 g spinach lasagne.
  19. 2 cups pumpkin slices.
  20. 2 cups baby spinash.

Step by step how to cook Spinach Lasagne:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and brown the onions. Add the garlic and brown. Spoon into a bowl..

  11. Layer in the following order: white sauce, lasagne, pumpkin, cheese, mince and spinach. Repeat for 3 layers..
  12. Note: do not overlap the lasagne sheets. Break in half to fill caps..

  14. Bake for 40 minutes..
