Ingredients for Vegan Banana & White Chocolate Loaf:

  1. 3 Large Bananas.
  2. 75 ml Vegetable Oil.
  3. 100 g Brown Sugar.
  4. 225 g Plain Flour.
  5. 3 Tsp Baking Powder (Heaped).
  6. 3 Tsp Cinamon.
  7. 50 g White Chocolate Drops.

Step by step how to cook Vegan Banana & White Chocolate Loaf:

  1. Heat oven to 200C/ 180C fan. Mash 3 large peeled bananas with a fork then mix well with vegetable oil and brown sugar..
  2. Add flour; baking powder; cinnamon and white chocolate drops then combine well..
  3. Bake in an oiled, lined 2 lb loaf tin for 20 minutes. Check and cover with foil if browning..
  4. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean..
  5. Allow to cool for a little before slicing and enjoy..
