  2. 250 g AP flour.
  3. 3/4 tsp salt.
  4. 3/4 tsp baking powder.
  5. 100 ml oil (I used half olive oil, half neutral oil).
  6. 100 ml warm tap water.

  8. 1 package soft tofu (about 300g), drained for 10 min.
  9. 500-700 g onions, sliced.
  10. 1 package smoked tofu, pressed.
  11. (to taste) salt, soy sauce, black pepper, paprika, turmeric.
  12. (to taste) garlic powder, Italian herbs.
  13. 2 tbsp nutritional yeast (optional).
  14. 1 tbsp sugar (or a bit less).
  15. 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed in a bit of water.
  16. 1/4 tsp black salt (optional).
