Ingredients for Vegan Recipe Tofu Masala:

  1. 200 gm masala tofu.
  2. 150 gm baby onion (shallots).
  3. 3 medium size tomatoes.
  4. 1 tsp oil.
  5. to taste Regular kichan masalas and salt.
  6. 1/2 tsp kitchen king masala.

Step by step how to cook Vegan Recipe Tofu Masala:

  1. Collect all the ingredients.
  2. Wash the tofu and and give a boil for 1 minite in microwave.
  3. Slit tomatoes in cross from bottom and blanch them so you can peel the skin easily.
  4. Peel the tomatoes and make puree.
  5. Peel onions and give slit in cross.
  6. In a wok add 1 tsp of oil add onions saute it add tomato puree saute till puree cook nicely.
  7. Add masalas salt stir well add tofu stir add little water cover it and let it simmer for few minutes on low flame.
  8. Switch off the flame serve hot.
