  3. 150 ml Coconut milk.
  4. 1 tbsp pistachios flakes.
  5. 10 Saffron strands soaked in lukewarm coconut milk.
  6. 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
  7. as needed Rose petals and chopped pistachios for garnishing.

  1. Peel carrots and slice in ring cut. Steam jaggery and sliced carrots in steamer for10-15 mins..
