- 2 carrots.
- 2 tbsp jaggery.
- 150 ml Coconut milk.
- 1 tbsp pistachios flakes.
- 10 Saffron strands soaked in lukewarm coconut milk.
- 1/2 tsp cardamom powder.
- as needed Rose petals and chopped pistachios for garnishing.

- Peel carrots and slice in ring cut. Steam jaggery and sliced carrots in steamer for10-15 mins..
- Remove from steamer and add coconut milk and soaked saffron in coconut milk and blend it with blender till smooth puree..
- Again steam it in steamer for 5-10 mins. Add cardamom powder and mix well. Add chopped pista and mix well..
