Ingredients for Vegan Sugarfree Lactation Balls:

  1. 2 cups roasted oats.
  2. 250 gms Seedless dates.
  3. 1 cup pumpkin, melon seeds, sunflower seeds roasted.
  4. 1 cup black sesame seeds.
  5. 1 cup White sesame seeds.
  6. 2 cups roasted flaxseeds.
  7. 1/2 cup roasted Almond.
  8. 2 tbsp Peanut butter.
  9. Few rose petals for garnishing.

Step by step how to cook Vegan Sugarfree Lactation Balls:

  1. Roast oats, Almonds, pumpkin, melon, sunflower, flaxseeds, black & white sesame seeds on low flame..
  2. Cool all the roasted ingredients and coarsely grind in mixer grinder..
  3. Heat a pan and add chopped dates and cook till it smoothens on medium flame then add peanut butter and mix well then add in coarsely grounded powder and mix well..
  4. Cook till all the ingredients merges well..
