Ingredients for Vegan Sugarfree Lactation Balls:
- 2 cups roasted oats.
- 250 gms Seedless dates.
- 1 cup pumpkin, melon seeds, sunflower seeds roasted.
- 1 cup black sesame seeds.
- 1 cup White sesame seeds.
- 2 cups roasted flaxseeds.
- 1/2 cup roasted Almond.
- 2 tbsp Peanut butter.
- Few rose petals for garnishing.
Step by step how to cook Vegan Sugarfree Lactation Balls:
- Roast oats, Almonds, pumpkin, melon, sunflower, flaxseeds, black & white sesame seeds on low flame..
- Cool all the roasted ingredients and coarsely grind in mixer grinder..
- Heat a pan and add chopped dates and cook till it smoothens on medium flame then add peanut butter and mix well then add in coarsely grounded powder and mix well..
- Cook till all the ingredients merges well..
