Step by step how to cook Yam Balls:
- Peel, chop and wash the yam..
- Put in a pot, add water and boil until cooked, done and soft..
- Completely mash the cooked yam..
- Add the grinded red bell pepper and onions and then seasonings to taste..
- Set the mashed spiced smashed yam aside..
- Break and beat the eggs into a bowl..
