- Ingredients.
- Wash and peel potatoes than cubed them and boil till become soft. Than drain all the water and keep a side.
- Heat oil in a wok and add cumin seeds and mustard seeds. And sautay.
- When seeds splutter than add chopped onions and sautay till become soft.
- Than add all the dry spices red chilli flakes, red chilli powder, whole spice powder, Turmeric powder, salt if needed and crushed coriander seeds and sautay for a minute.
- Now add boiled potatoes and mix with the masala and coarsely meshed them by mixing in masala and cook for 4_5 minutes.
- Than add chopped green chillies, mint and coriander leaves and mix well.
- Cook for 2_3 minutes more than take out and serve with chapati or paratha.
