  2. 8 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled.
  3. 1 1/2 cups cheddar cheese, grated.
  4. 3/4 cup 18% table cream.
  5. 2 tbs. olive oil.
  6. 1 egg.
  7. 1 sprig rosemary, minced.
  8. 1 tsp. garlic powder.
  9. 1 tsp. onion powder.
  10. 1/2 tsp. red pepper flakes, optional.
  11. To Taste salt & pepper.

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F..
  2. Toss brussels sprouts in olive oil and season generously with salt and pepper. Place them in a large baking dish and roast for 15-20 minutes, or until semi-softened..
