- For marination.
- 1 kg chicken.
- 1 cup yoghurt.
- 1 tsp cumin crushed.
- 1 tsp crushed coriander.
- 1/2 tsp red chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper.
- 1/3 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1 tbsp grinded green chillies.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- For cooking.
- 3 medium size onion (cut in small pieces).
- 1 tbsp garlic paste.
- 1 tbsp ginger paste.
- 1 cup oil.
Step by step how to cook Chicken Karahi Without tomatoes:
- In a bowl take chicken. Add yoghurt, crushed cumin & coriander, red chilli powder, black pepper, green chillies paste and urmeric powder..
- Mix all these ingredients well and marinate chicken for 1 hour..
- In a pan take oil. Add onion and cook till it's colour change to light brown. Low the flame and Add ginger garlic paste and cooked a minute.
- Now add marinated chicken and wait until it cooked properly. Try to cook it without covering it..
- When it's colour change and oil separated then turn off the flame..
- Now it's ready. Transfer it to plate. Garnish with chillies and lemon. Serve with whatever you want..
