  6. 1 teaspoon Chilli powder.
  7. 1/2 teaspoon mustard sauce.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon garam masala powder.
  9. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  10. 1 teaspoon lemon juice.
  11. 1 egg.
  12. 1/4 cup bread crambs.
  13. Bomboo skewers.
  14. to taste Salt.
  15. Oil for frying.

Step by step how to cook Chicken Satay:

  1. Soak bamboo skewers in water..
  2. Wash and clean the chicken and then cut it in small pieces..

  6. Then put the bread crumbles on coat it well..
