- 2 tsp chicken spice.
- 1 cup rice.
- 1/2 (1 packet) brown onion soup.
- 1 cup water.
- 1 cup mayo.
- 1 cup chutney.

- Place rice in a meduim/large dish..
- Rub chicken spice on chicken and place on top of rice..
- Add wet ingredients and brown onion soup together. Mix well and pour over chicken and rice..
- Cover dish with foil..
- Preheat oven to 190C. Bake for 60min. Remove foil and bake for 20min..
