Ingredients for Delicious Moong Daal Bhalle:

  1. 1 cup moong daal.
  2. 1/4 cup urad daal.
  3. 1/4 cup choppwd fresh coriander.
  4. to taste salt.
  5. 2 green chillies.
  6. to taste Red chilli powder.
  7. 1 cup yogurt.
  8. 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin seeds.
  9. to taste black salt.

Step by step how to cook Delicious Moong Daal Bhalle:

  1. Wash moong dal thrice with water then soak it for 3-4 hours..
  2. Drain the water completely from moong dal..
  3. Now grind moong daal and add little water in it and make a smooth thick paste..
  4. Add chopped green chillies, coriander and salt into moong dal paste and mix it well..
  5. Now take a pan and put sufficient oil in it. once heated, take small portion of batter in your hand and put them in oil in round shape..
  6. Now fry them on medium flame till it becomes light brown colour. Once cooked, take them out from the pan..
  7. Now put them into a bowl and dip it into the water till 30 minutes..
  8. After soaking it, take them out and squeeze water out of them and put them into another bowl..
  9. Now put yogurt, roasted cumin seeds black salt into it and give a whisk.
  10. Put the soaked moong daal bhalle into it and serve them with imli ki chutney, add some red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder..
