Ingredients for Delicious Moong Daal Bhalle:
- 1 cup moong daal.
- 1/4 cup urad daal.
- 1/4 cup choppwd fresh coriander.
- to taste salt.
- 2 green chillies.
- to taste Red chilli powder.
- 1 cup yogurt.
- 1/2 tbsp roasted cumin seeds.
- to taste black salt.
Step by step how to cook Delicious Moong Daal Bhalle:
- Wash moong dal thrice with water then soak it for 3-4 hours..
- Drain the water completely from moong dal..
- Now grind moong daal and add little water in it and make a smooth thick paste..
- Add chopped green chillies, coriander and salt into moong dal paste and mix it well..
- Now take a pan and put sufficient oil in it. once heated, take small portion of batter in your hand and put them in oil in round shape..
- Now fry them on medium flame till it becomes light brown colour. Once cooked, take them out from the pan..
- Now put them into a bowl and dip it into the water till 30 minutes..
- After soaking it, take them out and squeeze water out of them and put them into another bowl..
- Now put yogurt, roasted cumin seeds black salt into it and give a whisk.
- Put the soaked moong daal bhalle into it and serve them with imli ki chutney, add some red chilli powder, roasted cumin seeds powder..
