Ingredients for Delicious Paav bhaji:

  1. 4 potatoes.
  2. 1/2 cauliflower.
  3. 1/2 cabbage.
  4. 3 carrots.
  5. 1 capsicum.
  6. 100 gm peas.
  7. as needed Chopped onion,tomatoes,green chillis.
  8. 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste.
  9. to taste salt and red chilli.
  10. 1 tsp turmeric powder.
  11. as needed Oil.
  12. as required butter.
  13. as needed Paav buns.

Step by step how to cook Delicious Paav bhaji:

  1. Wash all the vegetables properly and peel off/cut it into small pieces.
  2. Add salt and boil all the vegetables properly.
  3. After boiling the vegetables mash it properly.
  4. Now put a pan on flame and pour some oil in it.
  5. Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and onions in the pan and cook it till 2 minutes.
  6. Now add all the spices and cook it for 2 minutes again.
  7. And all the mashed vegetables in it and cook it well for 5 minutes.
  8. Cook the paav from each side with butter.
  9. Pav Bhaji is ready to serve you can also garnish Bhaji with coriander leaves and with cut onions which will help it look better.
