Ingredients for Delicious Paav bhaji:
- 4 potatoes.
- 1/2 cauliflower.
- 1/2 cabbage.
- 3 carrots.
- 1 capsicum.
- 100 gm peas.
- as needed Chopped onion,tomatoes,green chillis.
- 2 tbsp Ginger garlic paste.
- to taste salt and red chilli.
- 1 tsp turmeric powder.
- as needed Oil.
- as required butter.
- as needed Paav buns.
Step by step how to cook Delicious Paav bhaji:
- Wash all the vegetables properly and peel off/cut it into small pieces.
- Add salt and boil all the vegetables properly.
- After boiling the vegetables mash it properly.
- Now put a pan on flame and pour some oil in it.
- Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes and onions in the pan and cook it till 2 minutes.
- Now add all the spices and cook it for 2 minutes again.
- And all the mashed vegetables in it and cook it well for 5 minutes.
- Cook the paav from each side with butter.
- Pav Bhaji is ready to serve you can also garnish Bhaji with coriander leaves and with cut onions which will help it look better.
