- 1 1/2 cup rice flour.
- 6 garlic pods.
- 1 medium size onion.
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.

- 2 tbsp oil(for dough).

- For white sauce.
- 1 tbsp butter.
- 3 tbsp All-purpose flour.
- 1/2 cup milk.
- 1/2 tsp black pepper powder.

- 1 tbsp tomato ketchup (for red colour in emoji).
- 1 tbsp honey mustard sauce (for yellow colour).
- 1 tbsp green chilli and coriander paste (mixed with white sauce).
Step by step how to cook Emoji Nachos with white sauce:
- In a blender jar, add garlic, onion, cumin, a teaspoon of water and blend them into a fine paste.
- Add a cup of water in a pan on medium flame, add salt, oil in it. Then add the prepared paste in it and mix well. As the water boils, lower the flame, then add rice flour and mix well. Cover it and cook for a minute.
- Transfer the rice flour mixture in a bowl. Apply oil in your palms and prepare the dough while it is moderately warm. Take a small amount of the dough, dust rice flour and roll it..
