- 3 tbsp Wheat flour.
- 1/2 cup Jaggery.
- 1 pinch Cardamom powder.
- As required Water.
- 2 tsp Dry fruit chopped.
- 2 tsp Ghee.

Step by step how to cook HEALTHY and DELICIOUS HARIRA:
- In a pan add jaggery and water and boil it until the jaggery is completely dissolved and cook for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside.
- And in another pan add wheat flour and roast until it turns into nice brown colour...and add ghee on it and mix.
- When it's come into nice brown colour. Add jaggery syrup and mix..continuously and add cold water as required the consistency...
- And mix..continuously and then add cardamom powder and mix and let him to boil for 2 to 3 minutes and keep aside.
- Next in pan aad ghee and chopped dry fruits and fry for 1 minute and it turns into brown colour take it off and pour into HARIRA and give it a slowly mix.
