- 2 cup kale Chane (chickpeas).
- 1 cup onion.
- 2 tomatoes.
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 3 green chilli.
- 1 tbsp chaat masala.
- 1 tbsp cumin seeds.
- To taste Salt.
- As needed Oil.
- As needed coriander leaves.
- 1 tbsp red chilli powder.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 2 tbsp coriander powder.
Step by step how to cook Kale Chane (black chickpeas):
- Wash the Kale chane and soak them in water overnight. Drain the water and transfer the chickpeas into a pressure cooker add 2 water with salt after pressure cooker gives one whistles turn the flame to low and cook for 10 minutes..
- Take a pan heat oil add cumin seeds 2 minutes saute. Add onion and fry it..
- Add ginger garlic paste mix well. add green chilli and add tomato mix well..
- Add red chilli Powder, turmeric powder., coriander powder salt. Chaat masala powder. Mix well. 2 minutes Cook good well..
