Ingredients for Kashmiri Butter Chicken:

  1. 5 Chicken Breast Cubed.
  2. 3 Tblsp Butter.
  3. 1/2 Cup Tomato Puree.
  4. 250 ml Fresh Cream.
  5. 1 Tblsp Red Chilli Powder.
  6. 2 tsp Fresh cut Garlic.
  7. 1 1/2 tsp Salt.
  8. 1 tsp Fresh Ground Black Pepper.
  9. 1/2 Cup Plain Yoghurt.
  10. 2 Tblsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder.
  11. 1 tsp Garam Masala.
  12. Fresh chopped coriander for garnishing.

Step by step how to cook Kashmiri Butter Chicken:

  1. Cook chicken in butter till done. Add in tomato Puree and cook for about 3 mins..
  2. Add in spices and allow to simmer for few mins..
