- 2 cups water.
- 2 inches cinnamon.
- 2 green Elaichi.
- 2 cloves.
- 5-6 dried rose petals.
- sugar.
- 1 tsp green tea.
- 1/2 tsp normal tea.
- 10-12 strands saffron.
Step by step how to cook Kashmiri Kahwa (Tea):
- Take the cinnamon, cloves and green cardamoms in a mortar-pestle. crush them lightly. in a small pot take 2 cups water. add the lightly crushed spices and dried rose petals & saffron in the water. add sugar,add as per taste. let the water come to a gentle boil on a medium flame..
