  1. 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks.
  2. 1 cup yoghurt.
  3. 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar.
  4. 1 lemon juice.
  5. 1/2 tsp lemon zest.

Step by step how to cook Mango Frozen Yoghurt:

  1. Firstly hang the yoghurt in a cloth to remove all it's moisture.From 1 cup of yoghurt you will get only 2-3 tbsp of hung curd..
  2. Then put the hung curd in the blender jug or in food processor then add in the mangoes,lemon juice..
  3. Then add lemon zest and sugar..
  4. Then blend all the things until smooth and creamy..
  5. Then pour the mixture in air tight jar and freeze it for 8-10 hours.Keep stiring in between..
  6. Then scoop it out and garnish your frozen yoghurt with caramel sauce and sprinkles.....😊😊.
