Ingredients for Mango Frozen Yoghurt:
- 1/2 cup frozen mango chunks.
- 1 cup yoghurt.
- 2-3 tbsp powdered sugar.
- 1 lemon juice.
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest.
Step by step how to cook Mango Frozen Yoghurt:
- Firstly hang the yoghurt in a cloth to remove all it's moisture.From 1 cup of yoghurt you will get only 2-3 tbsp of hung curd..
- Then put the hung curd in the blender jug or in food processor then add in the mangoes,lemon juice..
- Then add lemon zest and sugar..
- Then blend all the things until smooth and creamy..
- Then pour the mixture in air tight jar and freeze it for 8-10 hours.Keep stiring in between..
- Then scoop it out and garnish your frozen yoghurt with caramel sauce and sprinkles.....ππ.
