- 1/2 cup gram flour.
- 1 tbsp semolina (rava).
- to taste Salt.
- 1 tsp oil.
- 1 tsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp ginger-chilli paste.
- Pinch asafoetida (hing).
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
- Pinch baking soda.
- 1/4 cup Water.
- As needed Butter/Ghee for greasing.
- For garnishing.
- 4 dry kokum.

- 2 Tomato hearts.
- 2 Tomato triangles.
- 1 tsp Chilli flakes.
- 1 Cheese slice.

- In a bowl, sieve gram flour and rava, add all the other ingredients except baking soda and whisk for a minute. Keep aside the batter for 15 minutes. The batter should be semi thick..
