Ingredients for Mushroom Chicken Tikka:
- 200 gm chicken boneless(cut in cubes).
- 6 button mushrooms.
- 6 cherry tomatoes.
- 1/4 cup green capsicum (cut in cubes).
- 1/4 cup orange capsicum (cut in to cubes).
- 1/4 cup onion petals.
- 1/4 cup Yogurt.
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
- 1 tablespoon corn flour.
- 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
- 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon chat masala.
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
- 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
- 1 teaspoon oil.
- to taste Salt.

Step by step how to cook Mushroom Chicken Tikka:
- In a mixing bowl take the yogurt, corn flour, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, salt and oil mix them well..
- Add chicken cubes, mushrooms, onion petals, cherry tomatoes, green and orange capsicum mix them well and marinate for 2 hours..
- Soak the wooden skewers for 20 to 30 mins in water..
- After marination, insert the marinated chicken, tomatoes, mushroom, capsicum and onion petals into wooden skewers..
- Preheat the oven to 180 degree and bake for 20 to 30 mins..
- Serve hot with chutney of your choice..
