  1. 1 cup chopped onion.
  2. 1 cup chopped green peppers.
  3. 1 large chopped tomato.
  4. 1 can chicken broth.
  5. 1/4 cup flour.
  6. 1 stick butter.
  7. 2 tbsp paprika.
  8. 1/3 cup hot sauce.
  9. 1/4 cup cajun seasoning.
  10. 1 lb peeled and devined shrimp.
  11. 4 cup cooked rice.

  1. Melt the stick of butter in a large frying pan THEN add the flour until it turns brown.
  2. Add the chopped onions and green peppers until softened, about 10 minutes.

  4. Simmer until sauce thickens, about 30 minutes THEN add the shrimp and cook until pink.
  5. Serve over rice.
