- 500 grams Elephant Yam (boiled & grated).
- 2 tsp. mustard oil.
- to taste salt.
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder.
- 1 tbsp. mustard seeds.
- 2 tbsp. fresh grated coconut.
- 2 green chilies.
- 1 tsp. lime juice.
- 3 tbsp. coriander leaves.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
- Few whole fresh red chilies.
- as required banana leaves.

- In a bowl, mix together all the above mentioned ingredients (except the last two)..
