  1. 500 grams Elephant Yam (boiled & grated).
  2. 2 tsp. mustard oil.
  3. to taste salt.
  4. 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder.
  5. 1 tbsp. mustard seeds.
  6. 2 tbsp. fresh grated coconut.
  7. 2 green chilies.
  8. 1 tsp. lime juice.
  9. 3 tbsp. coriander leaves.
  10. 1 onion, chopped.
  11. 2 garlic cloves, finely chopped.
  12. Few whole fresh red chilies.
