Ingredients for Onion and Tomato Soup:
- 1 Onion.
- Half Green Pepper.
- Half teaspoon of crushed garlic.
- 1 teaspoon curry powder.
- 1 teaspoon Paprika.
- 4 tomatoes.
- 2 cubes beef stock.
- 1 teaspoon sugar.
Step by step how to cook Onion and Tomato Soup:
- Fry onion and green pepper with oil.
- Add your spices(Curry powder, Paprika, Crushed garlic) and Beef stock and keep frying until your onions are golden brown.
- Add your grated tomatoes and sugar and let it cook on medium heat for 30 minutes. Enjoy with Pap, Rice or bread😋.
