Ingredients for Puri Chaat:
- 3-4 Puris or Bhature.
- 3 Tomatoes finely chopped.
- 2 Onions finely chopped.
- 3-4 Green Chillies finely chopped.
- 1 tsp Black Pepper powder.
- 1/2 tsp Salt.
- 1 tsp Chat Masala.
- 2 Apples diced.
- 1 bunch Finely chopped Coriander leaves.
- 1 tsp Dry Mango powder or Amchur.
- 1/4 cup Chole (leftovers) optional.
Step by step how to cook Puri Chaat:
- Roast the Puris or Bhature on a tawa on both the sides to make them a bit crisp..
- Cut them into strips of any size suitable to you. Keep all the ingredients ready..
