Ingredients for Sauteed Frog Legs with Salted Mustard:
- 500 g Frog Legs.
- 2 pack Salted Mustard Green, Chopped.
- 5 cloves Garlic, chopped.
- 1 thumb-sized Ginger, matchstick strips.
- 2 tbsp Fish Sauce.
- 2 tbsp Red Glutinous Rice Wine.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp pepper.
- 1 tbsp cooking oil.
Step by step how to cook Sauteed Frog Legs with Salted Mustard:
- Add the cooking oil into Saute pan wait until heat..
- Add garlic and ginger. Cook for a minute, then add the Salted Mustard Green (chopped) - cook for 10 mins, put a bit of water.
