Ingredients for Shortbread Biscuits:

  1. 250 g butter (softened).
  2. 1/2 cup castor sugar (and extra for coating).
  3. 1 cup corn flour.
  4. 2 cups flour.

Step by step how to cook Shortbread Biscuits:

  1. Mix the butter and castor sugar and allow to beat for about 5 minutes..
  2. Add in the corn flour and flour. Mix for 15 minutes..
  3. Place mixture into a greased baking pan and level it out. Using a fork, poke holes throughout the dough..
