- 1 small pumpkin. about 750grms peeled and chopped.
- 2 chopped onions.
- 3 medium carrots.
- 2 garlic cloves chopped.
- 1 knob peeled fresh ginger.
- dash olive oil.
- 800 ml vegetable stock.
- 130 ml white wine.
- cloves ground.

- Peel and chop vegetables. Add to slow cooker.
- Sautee onions in a bit of olive oil along with chopped garlic and ginger and half teaspoon of ground cloves.
