  1. 1 cup wheat flour (gehu ka aata).
  2. 1/4 tsp salt.
  3. Water as per required.
  4. 2 tbsp oil.
  5. 1/4 cup dry flour (sukha gehu ka aata).

  1. In bowl take aata and salt. Add little by little water make soft dough..
  2. Keep dough in fridge for 15 min or keep aside. After that malish the dough..
  3. Now start rolling it. Take small ball spread some dry flour on it. Start rolling till puri size..
  4. Spread some oil on it. Make lightly finger marks on it..
