  1. 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
  2. 3 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar.
  3. zest of half a lemon.
  4. 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
  5. 1 Tablespoon sugar.
  6. 2 cloves garlic, grated (or you can use 1 teaspoon garlic powder).
  7. 2 teaspoons to 1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary (or 2 teaspoons dried).
  8. 1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
  9. 3 Tablespoons olive oil.
