- 1/4 cup + 2 Tablespoons soy sauce.
- 3 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar.
- zest of half a lemon.
- 1 Tablespoon lemon juice.
- 1 Tablespoon sugar.
- 2 cloves garlic, grated (or you can use 1 teaspoon garlic powder).
- 2 teaspoons to 1 Tablespoon finely chopped fresh rosemary (or 2 teaspoons dried).
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
- 3 Tablespoons olive oil.
