- 8 oz tuna.
- 2 roasted red peppers (or 1/2 of a can roasted red peppers).
- 1 oz Sriracha.
- to taste salt and pepper.
- Juice of 1 lime.
- 1 tsp Sesame oil (optional).
- Tbsp chopped cilantro.
Step by step how to cook Spicy Tuna Tartar:
- Chop the tuna into small pieces and add to a mixing bowl.
- In a blender add your roasted red peppers, cilantro, lime juice, Sriracha, salt and pepper and blend until smoothe..
