Ingredients for Vegan Pancakes:

  1. 25 g self raising flour.
  2. 4 g baking powder.
  3. 1/4 cup maple syrup.
  4. 1/3 cup almond milk.

Step by step how to cook Vegan Pancakes:

  1. First mix self raising flour, and baking powder together.
  2. Then mix maple syrup and almond milk until maple syrup is dissolved (make sure to do it in a separate bowl).
  3. Then combine the liquids into the solids..
  4. Mix until smooth, if not, add more almond milk.
  5. Then add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil into a pan.
  6. Add 1/8 of some batter into the pan.
  7. Then flip after bottom is firm.
  8. Then serve!.
