- Yam cooked and mashed.
- 3 eggs 1 for yam mixture 2 for deeping.

Step by step how to cook Yam Balls et Minced Sauce:
- Add your mashed yam in a bowl, +butter+1egg+seasoning and spices+grated bonnet+chopped onions and garlic and make a nice balls, with your clean hands, deep in flour.
- Deep in whisked eggs and fry till golden brown.
