Step by step how to cook Yam roast:
- Heat water in a kadai. While start chopping veggies grease the hands with coconut, so that I won't cause itchiness. Remove the outer layer. Cut into small square shapes. Add in water with salt and turmeric powder. Cook until soft. Once done. Strain. In a bowl and keep aside.
- Add ginger garlic paste with fish fry and garam masala as mentioned in ingredients.
- Add salt with corn flour, rice flour and besan flour. Sprinkle some water and mix well.
- Marinate it for half an hour. Heat a tawa. Sprinkle some oil. Place the Veggies and roast well. Yummy yam roast is done.
